Refund policy

We at GF offer quality branded products to stand the test of time but understand that occasional manufacturing errors do occur.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Any item that has been washed, worn or used before the damage or defect occurred is generally not returnable and must be reviewed further by our team before replacing the item.  

  • USA :
    • RETURN – Any item, unless stated otherwise in the product description, is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid provided it has been purchased within a maximum of 15 days prior to the refund request. To request a refund, please contact us through and state the reason for your request, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Please note that once a return label is provided, you have a maximum of 5 business days to send back the item. To be eligible for a return, you must return the item in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, unwashed, with tags, clean from pet hair or marks of any kind, and in its original packaging. Kindly keep this in mind when trying the item on your pet. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item on your original payment method as soon as the return is received and inspected. A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs incurred during initial checkout are not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
    • EXCHANGE – If you wish to exchange your item, the simplest and fastest way is to return the item and purchase a new one. 
    • Due to the high cost of shipping international orders, we regret that all sales are final for orders shipped outside Canada and USA. Please measure your dog and follow GF Pet’s sizing guidelines to ensure you are ordering the correct size. 
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items : Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, Ice Band and Ice Vest, or on International orders.
